By accessing or using the Skyline Solar LLC website, mobile application, or any related services provided by Skyline Solar LLC (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Skyline Solar LLC may partner with third-party financial institutions or firms ("Loan Issuers") to facilitate the issuance of loans or leases for the solar installations we sell. Any financial services or loan-related activities provided by these Loan Issuers are subject to their own terms and conditions. Skyline Solar LLC is not responsible for the services provided by the Loan Issuers, and any interactions with or obligations arising from these services are solely between you and the Loan Issuers.

Skyline Solar LLC reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

In no event shall Skyline Solar LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
